Within the scope of “Regulation on Mevlana Exchange Programme” dated 23.08.2011 and published on Official Journal no. 28034 and “Principles and Procedures on Use, Accounting of the Amounts to be Transferred to the Higher Education Institutions and Other Relevant Matters on the Payments to be Made in the scope of Mevlana Exchange Programme”which wasaccepted on 07.07.2011 at Higher Education General Meeting;

For 2019-2020 Academic Year, Turkish Council of Higher Education Executive Board decides that the higher education institutions that are going to participate in Mevlana Exchange Programme are necessary to execute the exchange programme with the institutions with which they signed protocols for the students and academic staff in accordance with the dates stated below in the table,

Beginning from 2019 / 2020 Academic Year, students and academic staff exchange shall be carried out within the context of the following conditions.

Accordingly, exchange for (Incoming/Outgoing) students and incoming academic staff shall be carried out in the specified fields between the countries stated below;

In accordance with the Basis and Procedures of the Mevlana Exchange Programme article 7 titled “Student Fees”,

-Within the scope of the Mevlana Exchange Programme, scholarship students who are coming from higher education institutions of other countries to Turkey shall be funded 1.200 TL monthly,
-Within the scope of the programme, outgoing Mevlana Exchange Programme scholarship students from Turkey to higher education institutions of other countries shall be funded according to the table below:

Within the scope of Mevlana Exchange Programme, incoming staff who will

participate in the mobility shall be funded according to the table below.

Funding the incoming and outgoing students for 4 months shall continue in the 2019 – 2020 academic year.
Maximum 20% quota in total allocation set for the students coming from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, as a result of the assessments of incoming/outgoing students and academic staff shall be in practice with the allocation of 30% in 2019-2020 academic year.
