For implementation of the National program "Kyrgyzstan Zhashtary" ("Youth of Kyrgyzstan") by Management of culture of city administration Bishkek on April 20 till May 23, 2012 has been organized a city festival of student's creativity "Spring of Bishkek – 2012".
