Training of bachelors is caused by formation of the market relations in Kyrgyzstan. The developing relations require training of the bachelors in economics with knowledge of Arab language.
|
The trait of training bachelors in this direction is teaching Islamic economic disciplines at department, such as: "Fundamentals of Islamic economy", "Islamic banking", "Islamic finance", "The Islamic security market", "Islamic insurance Takaful" and "The Islamic taxation". Faculty carrying these disciplines uses the author's lectures. Introducing of specialized economic education is reasoned by the increasing popularity in the principles of Islamic financing around the world.
Provision of the banking and other services for the citizens of our country which don’t contradict to Sharia requires a certain set of qualified specialists in the sphere of Islamic finance. Absence of specialists in Islamic economy constrain managers of newly created Islamic financial companies to invite personnel from the Islamic countries, thus increasing several times costs for providing the financial services to the population.
Necessity of introducing the Islamic economic disciplines is dictated by the objective processes connected with a geopolitical situation around the world, with an increase in demand for highly qualified personnel of such specifics and rise of need for these financial products.
