International scientific-practical conference "Kusein Karasaev - Mahmud Kashgari XX century"

On December 22 The Eastern University of Mahmud Kashgari- Barskani held an international scientific-practical conference devoted to the 115th anniversary of the honoured academic figure of the Kyrgyz Republic, laureate of the State Prize in Science and Technology, the Chevalier of the Order of "Manas" of the 1st degree, one of the founders of the science of the Kyrgyz language Kusein Karasaev.
That is why the conference was called "Kusein Karasaev - Mahmud Kashgari XX century"

December 18th World Day of the Arabic language

In the period from 12 to 16 December, 2016 the Department of Arabic Language and Linguistics of the Eastern University of Mahmud Kashgari-Barskani held a week of Arabic language, dedicated to the 18th December of the World Day of Arabic language.
This is the day of approval of the United Nations in 1973. The decision was to include Arabic among the official and working languages of the General Assembly of UN and its Main Committees.

Inter-College Mathematical Competition of 2016.

Today, 16 December,on the initiative of the Department “Applied Informatics, Mathematics and Natural Sciences” of the Eastern University of M. Kashgari-Barskani , the university is holding an annual Intercollegiate Competition in mathematics.
The Competition is held for students of the1st year of studies of higher education institutions. Participants of the competition are the students of Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, Kyrgyz State University named after A. Arabaev as well as the students of our Eastern University.

Seminar: "Green Economy and Sustainable Development"

On December 2 Seminar on the topic "The green economy and sustainable development." was held at the Eastern University.
The event was opened by the rector of the Eastern University Almaz Ibraev who wished fruitful and successful seminar.
The lecturers were: Director of the Center for Strategic intercultural communication - StrategicInterCom GmbH, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Asian and European Business Innovation Congress
